The Foggy Bot­tom Asso­ci­a­tion (FBA) has made arrange­ments for a cruise on Capi­tol River Cruises’ ship Nightin­gale. The ship departs Wash­ing­ton Har­bor, George­town, at 31st and K Street, NW (end of 31st on the water) and the cruise lasts 55 min­utes. Par­tic­i­pants should plan on arriv­ing at the dock at 4:50p.m.

Join your fel­low FBA mem­bers and dis­cover the most spec­tac­u­lar view of Wash­ing­ton from the Potomac River as the ship passes the Kennedy Cen­ter, Memo­r­ial Bridge, the Lin­coln Memo­r­ial, etc. There is a bar on board and you can pur­chase soft drinks, water, beer, cock­tails, etc.

The cruise is free to mem­bers of The Foggy Bot­tom Asso­ci­a­tion which has pur­chased tick­ets for its mem­ber­ship. How­ever, there are a lim­ited num­ber of tick­ets so reser­va­tions are required.
