Lino Tagli­api­etra in Ret­ro­spect: A Mod­ern Renais­sance in Glass

The RENWICK GALLERY – JANUARY 8th — 2 PM

The Foggy Bot­tom Asso­ci­a­tion announces a docent-led tour of the exhibit Lino Tagli­api­etra in Ret­ro­spect: A Mod­ern Renais­sance in Glass Mr. Tagli­api­etra is widely revered as a mas­ter of glass blow­ing and cred­ited with chang­ing the course of con­tem­po­rary stu­dio glass through his teaching.

The exhi­bi­tion fea­tures 140 works from the artist’s 40-year career, includ­ing objects that have never been exhibited.

The tour will last approx­i­mately one hour. The tour is free. How­ever, space on the tour is lim­ited so reser­va­tions are required. Pri­or­ity will be given to FBA mem­bers; non-members will be included as space per­mits.
